A certified legal nurse consultant (CLNC) is a registered nurse who has been trained and certified to partner with attorney clients in the litigation process.
Using an LNC to attend your client’s DME can save you valuable time. Our LNCs will prepare your client for the examination, support them during the process to ensure compliance with the Code of Civil Procedure, audio record the session, and deliver a detailed, professional summary. If the case proceeds to trial, our LNCs are also available to serve as fact witnesses.Â
Defense medical exam reports and audio are usually available within two weeks of the date of the exam. If the report and audio are needed sooner, we are pleased to accommodate our attorney-clients.
Our nurses are located throughout Northern and Southern California. We have experienced nurses who are compliant with the Code of Civil Procedure. We can also assist with out-of-state cases as needed.
